Welcome to the Project Dashboard page! Here is an introduction on how to use this page:
- The “Projects” designation refers to large, overarching initiatives that your project wants to carry out. Think library exhibits, building websites, social media campaigns, etc.
- The “Tasks” designation refers to what you have to do to carry out those initiatives. For example, if you had a library exhibit, you would need to design posters, contact libraries, etc., which belong in the “Tasks” category.
- When you create a new project, there will be an in-built “Miscellaneous Project Template” option that you can use to load in a pre-structured page in which you can create tasks that will automatically show up on this page, amongst other functions. The “Tasks” database also has prepared templates for your convenience. To make more templates or edit the current ones, click the downward facing arrow to the right of the blue “New” button that appears when you hover over the database view title.
